LEGAL FEES AND PRICES

 

 

Bress Law Firm, PLLC. is located in Aventura, Florida, cordially serving clients throughout Miami and Broward. Bress Law Firm is the legal practice of Michael N. Bress, attorney at law, a boutique law firm providing premium legal services at reasonable prices.

 

Our flat fee and hourly prices are listed below. Flat fee services include legal consultation and advice, along with whatever is necessary for us to deliver top quality legal services for all of our clients.

 

Non-typical, complex, or extensive legal services may be billed on an hourly or case-by-case basis. Ongoing disputes that involve extensive negotiation, litigation, research, or complex planning are usually billed hourly. Our hourly fees are $275 an hour. Combined flat-fee legal services and causes of action that overlap are priced at a discount. We can usually quote you a fee or rate after a review of your legal matter.

 

Unless otherwise indicated, clients bear their own costs such as filing fees, recording costs, and court costs.

 

Our fee structure for our Business Law, Contract, and Property Transaction legal services:

 

BUSINESS LAW

 

Contract Drafting / Review: Contract Drafting: $105pg. Minimum: $575. Contract Review: $45pg. Minimum: $325. *Charges do not apply to attachments such as statutes or certain disclosures that do not require drafting or thorough review.

 

Legal Notices / Demand Letters: Depends on type. Case by Case Basis.

 

LLC Formation Package: Florida 1-Member LLC & Operating Agreement: $725 + Filing Fees; Florida Multi-Member LLC & Operating Agreement: $1,050 + Filing Fees (for up to 3 members, otherwise case by case basis).

     Includes: Legal consultation and advice, Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, and Incorporation + filing of documents.

 

Corporation Formation Package: Incorporation (only): $600+. Full Corporate Package: $1,300+.

     Includes: Legal consultation and advice, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Shareholder Agreement, and Incorporation + filing of documents. *Complex or extensive incorporations are billed on a case-by-case basis.

 

LLC Formation: 1-Member LLC: $400 + Filing Fees. Multi-Member LLC: $625 (for up to 3 members, otherwise case by case basis).

 

LLC Operating Agreement: 1-Member Agreement: $525. Multi-Member Agreement: $725 (for up to 3 members, otherwise case by case basis).

 

Corporate Bylaws / Shareholder’s Agreement: $600+ (case by case basis for complex or extensive bylaws). For Both: $900.

 

Civil Business Litigation: County Court: $275hr. Circuit Court: Case by case basis. *Requires 5K-15K retainer up-front, additional 5K once escrow falls below $1,500. Client bears own costs.

 

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

 

Real Estate Transaction (Residential / Commercial): $275hr.

     Including: Legal counsel and advice¸ Drafting and review of contracts and documents, Negotiation and correspondence with parties, Resolution of issues (such as mortgage issues, title issues, inspection issues, damage disputes, and tenant issues), proper Execution of Documents (i.e., signing, witnessing, and notarization), and Representation at closing.

 

Real Estate Closing (Residential / Commercial): Residential Closing; $750; Commercial Closing $950+ (case by case basis). *Legal services not reasonably necessary for the closing are billed at our hourly rate of $275hr.
