BRESS LAW FIRM (New York) is a one stop firm providing many tools for
people wanting to reduce their taxes, protect their assets from
the costs of long term care, create greater retirement income, and
leave an inheritance for family members.
We have tried to create a Web Site based on a concept of being
realistic about the use of certain devices. We will tell you the
pros and cons of different strategies. Hopefully this site will
be of interest to both clients and professionals. It is not intended
as a treatise on any subject matter. Also, we are not selling a
product. And, if we miss something, please call it to our attention.
We will utilize our many years of experience in Elder Law and Estate
Planning (that's patting ourselves on the back and you will not
see very much of this).
